    Stylish International is located in Cambridge, Ontario. Our orders ship out on the same day, by 12pm. Orders in Ontario and Quebec typically arrive in 1 business day. Typical ground shipping times: BC/Alberta: 4-5 business days Saskatchewan/Manitoba: 3-4 business days Ontario/Quebec: 1-2 business days NB/NS/PE/NL/YT/NT/NU: 3-5 business days Orders to the USA are normally delivered within 7 business days for the West and Central USA, and 4 business days for East USA.

  • HOW COULD I TRACK MY ORDER?
    You should receive an order confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details. If you did not receive that email please send us one at orders@stylishkb.com so we can send you the tracking number.
  • DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
    For orders shipped to Ontario and Quebec, free shipping is offered for purchases over $499. However, shipping charges apply to orders sent to other provinces and the USA.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
    Upon receiving your merchandise, kindly conduct an immediate inspection. Should you encounter any instances of damage or missing parts, please reach out to us within three days of receiving the item. Our Stylish International customer service team is committed to resolving any issues satisfactorily for you. Remember to take pictures of both the packaging and the damage. Refrain from disposing of any damaged items, as they may be necessary for processing insurance claims.

    At Stylish International Inc, we stand by the quality of our products. Our warranty includes free spare parts replacement for items purchased within the first month, with complimentary shipping included. For orders made after the initial month, we still provide free spare parts replacement; however, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products, providing reliable support whenever you need it.
  • WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
    Return Policy If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return the item for a refund. However, please note that all return requests must be approved by our customer care team. Please complete the form. You can return your order within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. This return policy is applicable for Stylish International Inc.'s dealers (BM and Online). For purchases from major marketplaces like Amazon, Wayfair, Lowes, etc., please refer to their respective return policies. Shipping Charges Return shipping costs are covered by us in the event of an error with your order; otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original Packaging Returned items must be unused or defective, and returned in their original undamaged packaging to be eligible for a refund. Ensure your product is securely packaged in an appropriate shipping box or envelope with the shipping label affixed. Avoid placing postage labels, packing tape, or addresses directly on the product packaging to avoid disqualification for a refund. No Exchanges Exchange requests are not accommodated.   • HOW CAN I AVOID STAINS?
    Stains are often caused by: - Using abrasive sponge pads, wire brushes, metal scrub packs or steel wool as these items will scratch your sink as well as dull the finish. Instead, use a green scoring pad - Leaving vinegar, citric fruit juices, mustard or pickles on the surface for any length of time as they can cause corrosion. Strong acids can damage stainless steel. If they come in contact with the sink, they should be washed away immediately with clean water Steel wool pads are not recommended for cleaning stainless steel sinks - Abrasive cleaners such as bleach as these products will dull and tarnish the finish. Bleaches containing hypochlorite will attack stainless steel and cause pitting and staining. Silver dip cleaners contain acids which attack stainless steel and leave a permanent stain. - Defrosting frozen food directly on the surface of your sink as it will discolor the stainless steel. It is recommended to use a plate or pot which is placed in your sink. - Leaving wet sponges, cloths, or rubber mats in or on the sink surface for long periods of time as they too may discolor the sinks.
  • HOW CAN I CLEAN MY SINK?
    - Rinse and dry your sink with a clean soft cloth, working with, not across, the grain; to prevent surface spots and lime build up stains caused by the water we use. - Use mild non-abrasive liquid cream cleaners to help maintain the original appearance of your sink. - We recommend products like Barkeeper's Friend, available at most retail stores, including Home Depot
  • DO STYLISH® PRODUCTS HAVE A WARRANTY?
    Stylish offers limited lifetime warranty in stainless steel kitchen, bar and utility sinks to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home
  • I HAVE A DAMAGED/DEFECTED ITEM, WHAT CAN I DO?
    If you had any problem with your order, please send us an email to care@stylishkb.com with pictures of the problem and your order number. We will respond within 2 business days.
  • I want to start a warranty claim

  • WHAT DOES X MEAN IN PART NUMBERS?
    A "X" on the part number means that the product is made with a 16-gauge steel instead of an 18-gauge. The 16-gauge steel is thicker and has more durability.
  • WHAT DOES G MEAN IN PART NUMBERS?
    A "G" on the part number means that the product includes grids. This is only for kitchen sinks as some items includes sink grids.
  • WHAT DOES W MEAN IN PART NUMBERS?
    A "W" on the part number means that the product is a workstation sink. A workstation sink can accommodate included accessories inside the sink. Check our Versa Series for more information.
  • WHAT DOES T MEAN IN PART NUMBERS?
    A "T" on the part number means that the product can be top mounted. In some cases, the sink is dual mount and has both options: top mounted and under-mounted. Please review the description of any product for more details.
